With over 12 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Micah Willix was most recently the Executive Chef of Seasons 52 in Ft. Lauderdale. In this position, he assisted in designing one of America's first healthy dining concepts; before opening Seasons 52, he served as Executive Chef of Mark's Las Olas, also in Ft. Lauderdale. His progressive yet straightforward approach to cooking is the ideal match for creation of the bold, European dishes featured at Ecco.

Green Foodservice Certification
The Green Foodservice Alliance (GFA) has just announced that Ecco, of Fifth Group Restaurants, in Midtown Atlanta, as the first restaurant in the state of Georgia to receive the Green Foodservice Certification. As a result, Ecco and GFA are leading the way for greening the restaurant industry nationwide, uniting several foodservice organizations in the fight to incorporate environmental conservation practices into the daily operations of dining establishments. more
