Ecco Executive Chef - Jonathan Beatty
He's a long-time member of the Fifth Group Restaurants family, most recently cooking at Virginia-Highland favorite La Tavola before Ecco. Prior to joining the Fifth Group team, Chef Beatty began his culinary career at the renowned French Culinary Institute in New York City and went on to work at the Loews Ventana Canyon resort in Tucson, Ariz.
Chef Beatty also boasts experience at the critically acclaimed Esca in New York City, the Davanti Enoteca concepts in Chicago and California, and The Purple Pig in Chicago, which received recognition as one of Bon Appetit’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants.
